Welcome to Geezemail. Geezemail.com provides e-mail services (the "Services/Geezemail") pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth below. By selecting the [I Agree] radio button, you are agreeing to be a vendor (reseller) for the Service in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations. 

Modification of Terms of Service: geezemail.com may change the terms and conditions of the Service upon which geezemail.com will notify you of the changes. Geezemail.com may at its sole discretion from time to time offer you variety of features and facilities for the service. Geezemail.com however reserves its right to discontinue offering such features and facilities for the service at anytime without prior notice.

1. Vendor responsibilities: As a vendor you are responsible to resell activation numbers in one of three forms, a. you can sell a printed activation card to users, where user can activate his/her own account using the number combinations given on the card, before handing over the card make sure that the 13 digit hidden number is in any way not compromised (this means that the card is not scratched) b. send activation numbers to users, that is if the user is not in the same place, city etc vendor can scratch the card and mail the number combinations on that card to user. c. Vendor can activate user account by entering users email ID into the vendor control panel. 

2. Vendor returns: As an approved reseller Geezemail will allow you to have returns of 33% of the total subscription fee per account per year.

3. Payment for purchased physical cards or electronic cards is to be made in advance.

4. Local taxes if applicable are borne by vendor.

5. As a vendor you will be required to participate in promotional activities by Geezemail.com, materials for promotions will be supplied by Geezemail.com

Miscellaneous: This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without giving effect to principles of conflict of laws. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Geezemail.com failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and geezemail.com
